Yesterday in Malibu former pro surfer Vince Klyn (handicap surfer due to a horrific motorcycle accident) was accused of assault to a longboarder while riding his stand up board. Vince was riding a wave when a longboarder dropped in on him and in doing so Vince gave him a tap to the back using his paddle. The longboarder came running in saying that he is “paralyzed and I am going to press charges for assault against that f_cking hawaiian”.
