WHAT IS SURF IMAGES
We are a surfing stock agency. We license surf related imagery worldwide to corporate, media, art buyers, art directors and individual clients to use our images for specific use.
DO YOU HAVE MODEL RELEASED IMAGES
Yes, to view all model released images type in the search box above the words: model released
ARE THE IMAGES ROYALTY FREE OR RIGHTS MANAGED
Our images are all Rights Managed. We do offer exclusivity if a client requests it.
WHO CAN ORDER
All images on this site are available for license by any magazine, agency, personal, website, advertising company and or manufacturing company.
CAN I GET A PRICE ESTIMATE ON A IMAGE WITHOUT HAVING TO PLACE AN ORDER
Yes, email us your plans of use and please be as specific as possible. Example: Company X would like to use image 4675 one time as the cover (full page) on 10,000 brochures. In return we will reply to your email with a $ amount.
HOW DO I ORDER AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES
Once you have found the image you would like to use, click on the: add or: add to cart buttons under the image. Then your image will be automatically placed into a shopping cart. To view the shopping cart you can click on: view cart or click on: checkout. From the shopping cart area you can delete any unwanted images you may not want after all. You must then completely fill in the boxes with your information to make your order complete. Please BE SPECIFIC on your plans of use. Once we receive your order a representative will contact you to confirm the cost and use of the image. Once everything is agreed upon for both parties we will then send out all ordered images. We will send the images out by your choice of FTP, yousendit.com, or Fed Ex to meet your deadline. Any questions or comments please call us direct at 760.612.0032.
HOW AND WHEN DO I NEED TO RETURN ANY FILM/DIGITAL MEDIA BACK TO SURFIMAGES
Client agrees to destroy all digital files within one week of reproduction. If the Images were sent as Film-based Images or CDs, all such material must be returned to Surfimages in undamaged condition within thirty (30) days of receipt. We prefer all Film/Digital Media to be returned certified mail.

HOW MUCH DO THE IMAGES COST
Rates will be determined by the size and the use of the image.
PHOTO CREDIT
Credit must read photographers name / surf images.
USAGE
Usage of any image must be reported via email and authorized by Surfimages. Unauthorized use will result in client having to pay three times Surfimages customary fee for such usage.
DO YOU SELL PRINTS
Yes, we can make any print size you like. The prints are made here in San Diego at a professional photo lab.
PAYMENT
An invoice will be shipped out along with your images. Payment is due within thirty (30) days or prior to publication which ever occurs first.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT
We accept check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through Pay Pal. Pay Pal payments need to be sent to: info@surfimages.com.
CAN WE HIRE ONE OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPHERS
